These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including free evaluations and paid diminished value reports.

By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

  • Premier Diminished Value Specialists provides professional diminished value reports to help individuals pursue compensation from at-fault insurance companies after a vehicle has been damaged in an accident. We do not provide legal services or act as licensed insurance adjusters.
  • We reserve the right to decline any evaluation or report request at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle and accident
  • Informing us of any settlement offers or payments
  • Submitting payment for services within the agreed timeframe
  • False or misleading information may result in cancellation of services.

3. Limited Power of Attorney

To allow us to communicate with the at-fault party’s insurance company, you will sign a Limited Power of Attorney (POA) authorizing Premier Diminished Value Specialists to:

  • Submit the diminished value report on your behalf
  • Follow up with the insurance company regarding the status of your diminished value claim
  • Confirm settlement amounts, if applicable
  • We do not negotiate settlement terms, nor do we act as legal representatives.

3. Contingency-Based Fee Agreement

We operate on a contingency fee model:

  • You pay nothing up front.
  • We receive 15% of the diminished value settlement if you are paid.
  • If no payment is received by you, you owe us nothing.
  • You agree to notify us promptly upon receipt of any diminished value compensation related to your claim.

4. Payment Terms

Upon confirmation that a diminished value settlement has been paid to you:

  • Premier Diminished Value Specialists will issue an invoice for 15% of the total recovery related to our report.
  • Payment is due within 5 business days of receipt of funds.
  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee and/or collection efforts.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • While our reports are professionally prepared and supported by industry data, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, settlement amount, or success in your claim.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including our reports, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Premier Diminished Value Specialists. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Use of Our Reports

  • Our reports are intended for use solely by the individual named in the inquiry form and are not to be resold, redistributed, or altered without written consent.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Premier Diminished Value Specialists is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from:

  • Denied claims
  • Delayed settlements
  • Inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Use or misuse of our reports
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Premier, if any.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

1. No Legal Advice

Our services do not constitute legal advice. While our reports may be used in insurance claims or legal proceedings, we are not attorneys and do not guarantee legal outcomes.

2. Accuracy of Information

Reports are prepared using the data provided by you. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in your submitted information that may affect the outcome of your report or claim.

3. Use of Reports

While many clients have successfully used our reports to support claims, we do not guarantee that your insurance provider will accept or compensate based on the report.

4. No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Premier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Cancellation Policy

Once the Limited Power of Attorney (POA) is signed and services have begun, the agreement becomes non-cancellable.
By signing the POA, you authorize Premier Diminished Value Specialists to proceed with contacting the insurance company and preparing your diminished value report.
Because our work begins immediately and is contingency-based, 
you may not cancel or withdraw from the agreement after the POA is executed.
